I have an eye for creative and analytical thinking. Holding degrees in Law, Arts and Commerce I am passionate about creating vital opportunities in the new world of business. I want to create opportunities for creativity and innovation for Australian businesses to leverage vital growth in the face of rapid business change. Having worked in traditional corporate practice as an Intellectual Property Lawyer and in Business Affairs roles for some of Australia’s leading Innovation organisations I enjoy applying high level thinking around strategy and creativity to create commercial growth.

I am a true entrepreneur! From a quite a young age I was looking to find new ways to solve problems in business that seemed insurmountable. In a world that’s in a continuous state of rapid change, my analytical mind, broad outlook and understanding of global trends and marketplaces uniquely positions me to deliver relevant and measurable strategies within any market sector. With 12 years’ experience across a diverse range of industries including retail, fashion, medical, legal, accounting, FMCG and telecommunications, I have helped brands like Barclays Bank, Shiseido, Nissan, Miu Miu, Sanitarium Health Food Company and ABB to become more competitive and more successful.
Methodical and practical, but with a creative flair, I can draw on my knowledge and ideas to navigate a business within the current digital market. I work with my clients to redefine value propositions and engage key internal stakeholders to develop multi channel go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition. And if you’ve already got a strategy in play, I can get it working more dynamically and efficiently.
Before co-founding Onstem Media, I helped to build a strategy for Barclays Bank to tackle the problem of staff absence due to illness. Heart disease was having an impact on the bottom line, but with the help of an app that incentivised healthy living through bicycle riding, the organisation saw a significant change and the pilot-program was not only rolled out internally, but eventually became the London Hire Cycle Scheme, with bicycle docking stations now located all over the city.
Geraldine’s career has seen her develop over 30 years experience in senior management roles in private and public companies, her own and others, and in the public sector. She has been appointed to senior Human Resources roles in the Telecommunications and IT Industries, Manufacturing, FMCG and in the Public Sector. Geraldine was both partner and principal partner in South Africa in two senior management-consulting businesses for over 10 years, and in these roles gained outstanding experience in and across all industry groups. Geraldine studied psychology and delivers her knowledge of people across to business. She achieves outstanding results as a business coach and extends her knowledge to those businesses that seek the right fit strategy.
